I am the Terra Foundation Project Manager for Online Scholarly and Educational Initiatives at Smithsonian’s Archives of American Art. This is an ideal position for me because it combines a number of professional passions: archival materials, public scholarship, digital storytelling, and history. I work with a talented team to promote the use of the Archives’ collections in scholarship, college classrooms, and online via our blog and social media. I earned a Ph.D. in American Studies at University of Maryland. In 2014, I joined Fluid Movement, a Baltimore-based performance art group for their annual water ballet. It was #lifechanging.
